Most Diverse Parliament is in New Zealand
The ruling party of New Zealand has
received a resounding success in their recent elections. Prime Minister Jacinda
Ardern has proved her mettle for managing the country well during her last
stint. The subsequent parliament of the country under her leadership is going
to be the most inclusive ever. There will be people of all colours, communities
& ethnicities in this hall. This parliament will have more than half share
allotted to female representatives. Approximately 10% of people in the
parliament will be from the LGBTQ community as well which is revolutionary in
its own way. Majority of the MPs elected are young & many are millennials.
