The key is to offer more challenges as compared to solutions. I am certain that your presence will give them confidence & comfort but at the same time, your partial involvement will throw them in a spot where they will have to use their brain to find a solution. Even if they seek a solution from you, first let them frame a strategy. You may add a bit to improvise but the foundation should be their own.
